The FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship 2016 will take place in Manila, Philippines, at the Mall of Asia Arena.

The Philippines' capital, Manila, will host the 2016 edition of the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship from October 18 to 23.
The Philippines follows Brazil (1991, 1994), Italy (1992), Qatar (2010, 2011, 2012) and Switzerland (2013, 2014, 2015) as host countries of the FIVB Volleyball Women’s Club World Championship.
This will be the first-ever World Championship in volleyball to be held in the country and will add to its impressive hosting portfolio, having previously been a host of the FIVB’s premier annual women’s volleyball competition - the FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix.
Host venue: Mall of Asia Arena
The Mall of Asia Arena is an indoor arena within the SM Mall of Asia complex, in Manila, Philippines. It has a seating capacity of 15,000 for sporting events, and a full house capacity of 20,000. The Arena officially opened on June 16, 2012. It has retractable seats and a 2,000-capacity car park building.
