Büsra Kilicli plays middle-blocker and began her volleyball journey at Degirmendere Sport Club. She transferred to Eczacibasi Sport Club in 2004 where she has won the Turkish Super Cup twice, the Turkish Women’s Volleyball Cup three times and the Turkey Volleyball League twice. She was also part of the squad that won the 2015 Champions League.
As a member of the Turkey team she won bronze at the 2011 European Championship, bronze medal at the 2012 FIVB World Grand Prix and silver at the 2013 Mediterranean Games.
